Returns and exchanges are accepted within 07 days of receipt.

Condition for Return
Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and free from any scents (perfume, makeup).

Manufacturing Defects
If there is any flaw in craftsmanship, Clothing Shop will take full responsibility and cover 100% of shipping costs for a replacement.

Refunds
If a suitable replacement cannot be found, a refund will be issued to your bank account within 3–5 business days.
